Domestic Shipping Times
We ship all orders from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Please note, we do not ship on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on official holidays. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, but shipping times will vary depending on the method chosen and destination.
- Standard Flat Rate Shipping: Typically takes 4-7 business days to reach you. We ask that you allow up to 7 business days for delivery to ensure your order arrives on time. If you're looking for guaranteed speed, we recommend opting for our Express shipping option for quicker delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your items sooner, our expedited shipping usually takes around 3 business days, but we recommend allowing up to 10 business days during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is delayed due to factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes), we ask for your understanding. Please rest assured that we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered! However, if you need to return an item, here's what you should know:
- To initiate a return, please reach out to us for a return authorization form and the appropriate mailing address. Remember, we cannot accept returns or exchanges without this form.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- Once your return is received, please note that the time it takes to process your refund or exchange may vary based on your location.
Important Shipping Considerations
For peace of mind, we highly recommend that for any items valued over $75, you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. While we take every precaution to ensure we receive returned items, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without these measures in place.
